Kwerks Delivery and Returns Information

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery to UK mainland on all our products. Unfortunately, this excludes any other UK areas such as the Chanel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and all other Islands. This is because surcharges are required for most delivery couriers to distribute to these areas. We suggest that you contact us if you are unsure, before ordering, as to whether your postcode is included in our list of free delivery areas.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times are detailed in the product information. Although these delivery times are only given as a guide, we endeavour to meet them. Unfortunately, we have no option available to guarantee next day delivery. Most of our products are delivered within 2 working days. We do carry a range of custom, personalised and made to order products, the delivery time for these items are longer. We recommend contacting us, prior to ordering, to confirm stock availability and delivery time.

 

OUR COURIERS

So that we can provide free delivery across all our items, we use a variety of shipping companies. This allows us to select the best value delivery tariff for the size and weight of an order.

 

TRACKING

Where possible we endeavour to provide a tracking number and details on how to use it. Alternatively, you can call us with your order details and we can provide an update on the delivery status for you.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Unfortunately, due to our payment system, we are unable to take international payments through our website.

 

LATE DELIVERY

Occasionally, our deliveries can exceed the advised times. We request that you allow 2 extra working days before contacting ourselves to investigate. Should your order not arrive within 10 working days of the guide time, then we will look to resend, refund, or resolve as necessary.

 

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to the address stated at the time of order, which is the same as the billing address. This is to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions and cannot be altered as it is a requiement of our secure payment provider.

 

RETURNS

Please contact us to arrange any returns. All returns require a returns number to process efficiently. You should ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and suitably protected for transit. You have 14 days to return an order from when it is delivered. Once we have received the return, we can issue a refund or resolution as necessary.

 

DAMAGES AND FAULTS

All deliveries should be inspected immediately upon receipt and we recommend checking deliveries before signing for them to allow a record of damage to be made on the consignment note. Please inform us, by email, within 5 working days of any damages, faults or items not described. In this case the return cost will be covered by ourselves. If you fail to notify us in time then we shall consider you to have accepted the order.
